Welcome to the World of Muscle Building
Ok, so you have decided that you want to build some serious solid muscle mass and get stronger?
First of all a big congratulation with your decision, I am confident that when you first get started to see some results you are going to get very happy with the decision you have made.
However, there is one problem you need to know about before getting started; far too many guys are wasting their time in the gym, especially in the beginning because they have no clue on what to do and how to train correctly.
It is the reason why I have decided to give you 3 main tips, right here on my site to help you to get started.
Limit Your Time in the Gym
First of all, you need to learn that more does not mean better when it comes to building lean muscles.
A general rule is that you should not spend more than one hour in the gym. Staying there for hours is not going to give you more muscles.
It is more important that you train with a high intensity for an hour, and then go home and eat a high protein meal.
Remember your muscles grows when you are resting and not while you are in the gym.
Split Routines Based On Compound Exercises
Remember going to the gym is much more than just going there in order to pull some weights.
It is important that you train the most optimal way to get results faster. Here, time after time has shown the doing split routines based on compound exercises is the best way to train for mass and strength.
So what exactly is a split routine and compound exercises?
A split routine is where you divide your muscles into groups that you train on different days during the week. As an example, you do chest, biceps, and shoulders on Mondays. Back, triceps and abs on Tuesdays. For then to finish off with a leg day on Wednesdays. One day of rest and then repeat the cycle.
It is far better than doing a full body routine because you can hit your muscles harder and at the same time make sure they get plenty of rest.
Compound exercises
Is the exercises that targets as much muscle mass as possible and where you exhaust your body as much as possible as well.
Here we have the classic compound moves like Bench Press, Squats, Military, Pull Downs, Dead Lifts, Pull Overs and Lunges. Basically, these exercises are all you ned to pack on some serious muscles.
Your Diet and Supplements
Your Diet is just as important as your workouts. Without the proper diet, it is going to take you longer to pack on some serious lean muscles.
For sure you can get some limited results and get marked just by going 3 or 4 times during the week. But, if you want to stand out you will have to take a closer look at your diet too.
Proteins
Protein, are a vital component of your diet. You need the amino acids your proteins consist of to build lean muscles and strength.
Amino Acids are the building blocks not only your muscles, but your whole body need.
Carbohydrates and Fat
A lot of guys are doing a huge mistake here. They are correct when they put their attention on the proteins. But they need to have some attention on their carbohydrate and fat intake as well.
Good carbohydrates and healthy fat are just as important as proteins when it comes to building lean muscles and strength.
Supplements
They should never be considered to be the overall solution to your muscle building. But, some of them will add vital nutrients to your diet that will benefit your muscle building.
I personally use two different kinds of supplements Whey Protein and T90 Xplode. The proteins help me to ensure that I am getting at least 30 grams of proteins every 3 hours.
T90 Xplode is such a great supplement because it helps me to make sure my testosterone levels are safe and sound.
Remember testosterone is the hormone that takes care of your muscle growth and reproductive system.
